The Chromosome Table view
The Chromosome Table view provides an overview of the data contained in tracks or track lists, summarized by chromosome (figure 27.10). Clicking on a row in this view causes the focus to jump to the selected chromosome in other open views of the same data element. See Arrange views in View Area for information about working with split views.
To open the Chromosome Table view, click on the (
) icon, present at the bottom of supported track types and track lists.
