Representations
The Representations tab is shown in figure 13.7.

At the top, you can choose to between four display models:
- Secondary structure.
- Stick model.
- Both. Displaying both secondary structure and stick model.
- None. Will not display representations.
- Color. Clicking the color box allows you to select a color.
- Opacity. Determines the level of opacity.
