Analysis automation

When the Analysis Automation Server Plugin, available via QIAGEN Discovery Bioinformatics Services, is installed, the tab at

Extensions () | Analysis automation ()

contains the settings needed to configure automated submission of analyses as sample data becomes available from a sequencing machine.

Analyses can be run on the CLC Server, or they can be run in a CLC Genomics Cloud setup on AWS if the CLC Server has been configured with an AWS Connection with the relevant access.
