Creating track lists in workflows

Track lists can be created as part of workflows. Track lists are different from all other workflow outputs in the sense that the tracks inside the track lists have to be saved separately, even if they are included in a track list.

Figure 18.22 shows an example where two tracks are fed into the Create New Genome Browser View element.

In this example, there is a warning at the bottom of the editor pointing at the fact that these two tracks need to be selected as output in order for the workflow to be validated. In figure 18.23, this has been corrected by selecting the tracks as output, and the workflow can now be executed.
