Create QIAseq Exome CNV Control Mapping

The Create QIAseq Exome CNV Control Mapping template workflow is designed to support the analysis of data generated with QIAseq Human Exome kits. The workflow generates control mappings suitable for the CNV detection step of the Identify QIAseq Exome Germline Variants template workflow, see Identify QIAseq Exome Germline Variants. We recommend a minimum of 3 control samples be used for creating control mappings.

The Create QIAseq Exome CNV Control Mapping workflow can be found at:

Template Workflows | Biomedical Workflows (Image biomedical_twf_folder_open_16_n_p) | QIAseq Sample Analysis (Image qiaseqrna_folder_closed_16_n_p) | QIAseq DNA workflows (Image qiaseq_workflows_folder_closed_16_n_p) | Create QIAseq Exome CNV Control Mapping (Image qiaseq_here_control_mapping9)

This workflow includes the same initial processing steps as the Identify QIAseq Exome Germline Variants template workflow. Thus, the initial steps to launch these workflows are similar.

We recommend that the default QIAseq Exome hg38 reference data set is selected for use.

Launching using the QIAseq Panel Analysis Assistant

The workflow is also available in the QIAseq Panel Analysis Assistant under Exome.
