Element Info view
The Element Info view (
) contains information about the data element. Some content in this view is common to all data elements, such as the file name, file size and whether compression is enabled. Other content depends on the data type and any relationships that data element has to other elements. For example:
- A sequence element containing data from a public database such as Genbank may include information like description, modification date, latin name, taxonomic information, etc. (See Sequence element information.)
- A data element with associations to CLC Metadata Tables will have those associations listed in a section called Metadata. (See Viewing metadata associations.)
- An element in a Data Location with custom attributes will have those attributes listed in the Element Info view. (See Filling in custom attribute values.)
