Create Sequence Constructs output
The tool generates all possible sequences for each construct from the defined components. Figure 23.5 shows the output for the configuration in figure 23.2.
Specifically:
- Sequence names are built from the component sequence names used.
- Component regions are annotated. The annotation type is the component name (e.g., Promoter, CDS), and the annotation name is the sequence name (e.g., T7, trpP).
- Annotation types from the original sequences are copied. For example:
- Promoters: Binding site, -35 signal, Regulatory.
- 5' UTRs: RBS, Start codon.
