Mapping reports

You can create two kinds of reports regarding read mappings and de novo assemblies: First, you can choose to generate a summary report about the mapping process itself (see reporting options for read mapping). Second, you can generate a detailed statistics report after the mapping or assembly has finished. This report is useful if you want to generate statistics across results made in different processes, and it generates more detailed statistics than the summary mapping report. Both reports are described below.
