Taxonomic profiling abundance table

The Taxonomic profiling abundance table displays the names of the identified taxa, along with their full taxonomy, a coverage estimate, and the number of reads found in the sample that are associated with this taxon. Note that the number of reads in the abundance table is not always equal to the number of reads mapping to the database as the number of reads given in the abundance table may be length adjusted, as explained above, and rounding errors may lead to small discrepancies. Furthermore, some reads may map across different Kingdoms in the reference database. Such reads are listed as mapping to the reference database, but they will not appear in an abundance table as no meaningful taxon can be assigned. The table can be visualized using the Stacked bar charts and Stacked area charts function, as well as the Sunburst charts.
