Download other MLST Schemes
In addition to the MLST schemes that CLC Microbial Genomics Module can automatically download from PubMLST, you can also provide a URL to an MLST scheme located on another web server (see figure 24.9). It requires, however, that the scheme has the same format as the schemes on PubMLST.
