Coverage table
Besides standard information such as position etc, the coverage table (figure 17.8) lists the following information for each position in the whole target:
- Name
- The name of the target region.
- Target region position
- The name of the target region.
- Reference base
- The base in the reference sequence.
- Coverage
- The number of bases mapped to this position. Note that bases in over-lapping pairs are counted only once. Also note that if the user has chosen the Ignore non-specific matches or Ignore broken pairs options, these reads will be ignored. (see discussion on coverage in Reference sequence statistics).

In the shown figure, the coverage table is shown in split view with a track list. The coverage track has been opened from the track list by clicking once on the name found in the left side in the track list. When opening a read mapping in split view from a track list, the two views are linked, this means that when you click on an entry in the table, this position will be brought into focus in the track list.
