- Variant phasing
- Called heterozygous variants Total number of heterozygous variants identified in the dataset.
- Phased heterozygous variants Number and percentage of heterozygous variants successfully assigned to a phase set (haplotype).
- Unphased heterozygous variants Number and percentage of heterozygous variants that could not be phased.
- Phase block size
- Average variants per phase block Average number of heterozygous variants contained within each phase block.
- Median variants per phase block Median number of heterozygous variants per phase block.
- Minimum variants per phase block Smallest number of heterozygous variants observed in a phase block.
- Maximum variants per phase block Largest number of heterozygous variants observed in a phase block.
- Phase block length
- Phase block N50 The phase block length for which 50% of the total phased sequence length is contained in blocks of this size or larger.
- Average phase block length Average length of phase blocks in base pairs.
- Median phase block length Median length of phase blocks in base pairs.
- Minimum phase block length Shortest phase block length observed.
- Maximum phase block length Longest phase block length observed.
- Sum of phased block lengths Total length of all phase blocks combined.
