LightSpeed Demultiplex QIAseq Long Reads outputs
The LightSpeed Demultiplex QIAseq Long Reads tool produces a report summarizing demultiplexing.
The section Reads per group lists:
- The number of reads demultiplexed to each sample.
- The number of reads that could not be assigned to any sample (Not grouped).
The section Barcode assignment and chimeras lists:
- Reads with two barcodes Number of demultiplexed reads where two barcodes were detected.
- Reads with one barcode Number of demultiplexed reads where only one barcode was detected.
- Chimeric reads Number of chimeric reads, defined as reads that give rise to two individual demultiplexed reads.
