Tools

The CLC LightSpeed Module contains tools which facilitate general and end-to-end NGS secondary analysis. The end-to-end tools are designed for germline, somatic (tumor only) and tumor normal variant detection and each of these run a collection of underlying algorithms, that have been optimized for the specific application.
