Tools

The CLC LightSpeed Module contains tools which facilitate end to end NGS secondary analysis. In the following, tools designed for germline, somatic (tumor only) and tumor normal variant detection are described. Each tool runs a collection of underlying algorithms, that have been optimized for the specific application. For information about the underlying algorithms see Methods.
