Calculate QIAseq xHYB HRD Score output
The Calculate QIAseq xHYB HRD Score tool produces a report containing the following metrics:
- HRD score Sum of the LOH, TAI, and LST scores.
- LOH score Number of detected loss-of-heterozygosity events
- LST score Number of detected large-scale state transition events.
- TAI score Number of detected telomeric allelic imbalance events.
- Contamination Estimated fraction of normal-cell contamination in the sample.
- Calculated gender Gender inferred from the analyzed data.
- Status Samples with an HRD score below 42 are classified as HRD-negative, while samples with an HRD score of 42 or above are classified as HRD-positive. If a sample failed quality control, it will be assigned HRD-unknown.
- Quality control status Indication of whether a sample "Passed" or "Failed" the quality control check carried out as part of the HRD calculation.
