Sending results to QIAGEN IPA
To send a list of features or genes to QIAGEN IPA, navigate to the differential expression view for the analysis. Here you define a set of filter criteria to limit the features to your preferred size. In the lower-right corner of the application view, you will see the "Send to QIAGEN IPA" feature. Click "Send". If you have already saved your current filter settings a new name will be suggested as the first thing in the dialog that appears. If you write the name of a project that already exists in your QIAGEN IPA in the "Project" text field, the data will be placed there. Otherwise a new project will be created containing the data - including the "Data set description" you can add in the last text field.
