Appendix E - Quality control details

This appendix is a detailed explanation of the QC elements in the Experiment summary and QC tiles' Quality control tab. The analyses in RNA-seq Analysis Portal are all built with tools and workflows from the CLC Genomics Workbench. If more detailed information is needed, please refer to the manuals for:

The quality control report content is useful for understanding the underlying data of the analysis results, and whether the sample quality is acceptable. As the quality metrics are derived from the sample creation process (Align and count), a re-analysis with a new reference or workflow or with new and improved sample data will cost additional credits.
