Send to QIAGEN IPA - QIAGEN IPA users
For QIAGEN IPA users RNA-seq Analysis Portal is integrated with your list of projects in QIAGEN IPA. When you click on Send (figure 55) the filtered list of features is sent to your QIAGEN IPA account.
Within the same differential expression, you can send multiple saved filter results to the same QIAGEN IPA project. This can be useful if, for instance, you wish to explore several lists of features associated with different Canonical Pathways.
