Send to QIAGEN IPA

Clicking the Send button in the differential expression view will open a dialog that asks for a few item before sending the data set to your QIAGEN IPA account:

• A filter name must be added. In order to be able to return to the set of features later, RNA-seq Analysis Portal will save the set of filters used to generate the feature list. A auto-generated name is suggested based on the experiment analysis name.
• Below that is a non-editable list of the applied filters for your information.
• in Project name you can either add a new project which will then be added to you Project list in QIAGEN IPA, or use an existing project name and the data set will then be added to that project.

You are now ready to send your data set to your QIAGEN IPA account. Go to your QIAGEN IPA project view to start the analysis.
