Reference data management

Workflows need to be configured with the relevant reference data.

You can download reference data using the Reference Data Manager before running a workflow. For workflows configured to use particular Reference Data Sets, such as the prebuilt workflows, the download of such reference data can also be launched via the workflow wizard.

The following sections cover aspects of the Reference Data Manager relevant when using the prebuilt workflows delivered with the CLC Single Cell Analysis Module plugin.
