Create an alignment
Alignments can be created from sequences, sequence lists, existing alignments and from any combination of the three.
To create an alignment, go to:
Toolbox | Alignments and Trees (

Create Alignment (
)
This opens the dialog shown in figure 16.1.

After selecting the elements to align, you are presented with options that can be configured (figure 16.2).
