--annotate <Boolean> Add pfam domain search annotations to input sequences. (default: true)
--create-table <Boolean> Create table of pfam domain search results. (default: true)
--cut-ga <Boolean> Use profile's gathering cutoffs specifically assigned to each family. (default: true)
-d, --destination <ClcServerObjectUrl> Destination file or folder on server. If not specified the folder of the first input object will be used.
--database <ClcObjectUrl> Pfam database to search.

--log <Boolean> Enable creation of algo log file. (default: true)
--remove-clan-overlap <Boolean> Remove overlapping matches from the same clan in post-processing, keeping the entry with the smallest e-value in an overlapping area. (default: true)
--significance-cutoff  
Double: 0.0 < x <= 10.0 Using an E-value much less than 1 will give a confident prediction. E-values around 1 is what is expected by chance. Thus, the lower the E-value, the more specific the search for domains will be. (default: 1.0)
