Create QIAseq DNA Ultra CNV Control Mapping

The Create QIAseq DNA Ultra CNV Control Mapping template workflow generates mappings suitable for use as control mappings for the CNV detection step of the Identify QIAseq DNA Ultra Somatic Variants template workflow. We recommend a minimum of 3 control samples be used for creating control mappings.

The Create QIAseq DNA Ultra CNV Control Mapping template workflow can be found at:

Template Workflows | Biomedical Workflows (Image biomedical_twf_folder_open_16_n_p) | QIAseq Sample Analysis (Image qiaseqrna_folder_closed_16_n_p) | QIAseq Analysis Workflows (Image qiaseq_workflows_folder_closed_16_n_p) | Create QIAseq DNA Ultra CNV Control Mapping (Illumina) (Image cnv_detection_wf_16_n_p)

This workflow can also be launched from the Analyze QIAseq Samples guide, which is described in The Analyze QIAseq Samples guide. It is available under the Targeted DNA Ultra tab.

This workflow includes the same initial processing steps as the Identify QIAseq DNA Ultra Somatic Variants template workflow, which is described in Identify QIAseq DNA Ultra Somatic Variants. Thus, the initial steps to launch these workflows are similar.

We recommend that the default QIAseq reference set is selected for use, both when generating control mappings and when analyzing cases using the Identify QIAseq DNA Ultra Somatic Variants template workflow.
