Installing the Analysis Automation Server Plugin

Before installing the plugin, the Analysis automation menu on the Extensions tab in the server web administrative interface is empty (see figure 2.1).

After installing the plugin and restarting the server, the menu provides controls for setting up and monitoring analysis automation (see figure 3.1) as described in Running analysis automation, including configuring a user for running the analysis automation service, and adding automation configurations for analysis workflows installed on the CLC Genomics Server.
