Accessing log file
Information in the log file is often valuable for finding the cause of issues. The plugin logs sample submission info and error messages in the clc-server.log file located in the logs folder of the CLC Genomics Server installation. The most likely place to find errors related to analysis automation in the log file is around the time where the sequencer finished producing output. Enabling verbose logging for the configured plugin user (see Configuring user for running analysis automation service) will produce more extensive log messages that can be useful for troubleshooting.
