Cloud preset
This setting is only available if the execution environment is set to Cloud.
Different workflows have different requirements for the amount of computational resources needed to perform the analysis. If the CLC Genomics Server on which the Analysis Automation Server Plugin is installed is configured with a CLC Genomics Cloud setup that distributes analysis jobs to the cloud, it can be configured with so-called cloud presets that control the amount of computational resources available to the analysis jobs. To configure this setting, select the cloud preset that should be used to process the submitted analyses.
