Sample completion

If trigger-file detection is used, sample completion should be configured by clicking the select-button and selecting a trigger-file from a previous sequencing run. This will populate the setting with the path to the selected file relative to the configured Sequencer folder, for example:
220522-000000_NDX1337_RUO_0001_XPNEKVSPRX/CopyComplete.txt
Replace any part of the path that changes between sequencing runs with a wildcard (*) as described in Definition of wildcards, for example:
*_NDX*_RUO_*_*/CopyComplete.txt
If files-per-sample detection is used instead of trigger-file detection, the sample completion setting should be configured by defining the number of files the sequencer produces per sample (e.g. 4).
