File system location

This setting is only available if the execution environment is set to Single server / Job nodes or Grid.

If the analysis jobs should be executed on the CLC Genomics Server, the server should have one or more file system locations configured in which CLC results from the workflow can be saved. For information on configuring file system locations, please refer to: https://resources.qiagenbioinformatics.com/manuals/clcserver/current/admin/index.php?manual=CLC_Server_File_System_Locations.html

To configure this setting, select the file system location that should be used for storing CLC results from the submitted analyses.
