Resetting submission statistics
The status text for an automation configuration lists the following information:
- S: Number of submitted analyses
- R: Number of running analyses
- F: Number of failed analyses or job submissions
By default, the number of submitted and failed analyses are counted since the latest restart of the CLC Genomics Server. However, they can be reset manually by right-clicking on the configuration and choosing Reset statistics, or by selecting the configuration and clicking the reset button as described in Multi-configuration operations. If the configuration has any failed analyses, resetting the statistics will turn the color of its status icon back to green, and information about the failed analyses will be removed from the job status dialog (see Viewing job status and errors).
