Optional. This setting is only available if the sequencer type is set to Custom.

Some sequencers save reads that could not be mapped to a specific sample into a separate sample file for further investigation. These files should not be submitted for analysis. This setting enables definition of filenames that should be excluded from the sample grouping process by adding a list of regular expressions matching the relevant filenames separated by "/". The following supported sequencer types have predefined regular expressions:
