Configuring user for running analysis automation service
Before analysis automation can be started, an existing CLC Genomics Server user must be configured for running the analysis automation service. Click the Configure User
button and provide the following settings:
- Username: In order to submit samples to the CLC Genomics Server, the analysis automation service needs to log in as a CLC Genomics Server user. Provide the username of the user to log in as.
- Password: Password belonging to the provided username.
- Port: Listening port of the CLC Genomics Server (default: 7777).
- SSL: Enable this setting if SSL should be used when the analysis automation service logs in as the provided user.
- SSL Host: If the SSL setting is enabled, provide the host of the server (which has to match the host of the SSL certificate). If using a self-signed certificate it must be trusted by the Master node which can be done with the feature:
Configuration () | Job processing () | Certificates... | Trust Master Node
- Verbose logging: If enabled, the plugin will produce more extensive log messages that can be helpful when investigating why a given automation configuration does not work as expected. This includes a list of all the files detected by the plugin in the configured sequencer folder.
