Sample sheet
See Definition of sample grouping for information about sample sheet grouping. This setting is only available if the sequencer type is set to Illumina.
To configure the sample sheet setting, click the select-button and select a sample sheet from a previous sequencing run. This will populate the setting with the path to the selected file relative to the configured Sequencer folder, for example:
220522-000000_NDX1337_RUO_0001_XPNEKVSPRX/SampleSheet.csv
Replace any part of the path that changes between sequencing runs with a wildcard (*) as described in Definition of wildcards, for example:
*_NDX*_RUO_*_*/SampleSheet.csv
