Retrying failed analyses
If a sample analysis failed due to an intermittent issue (e.g. a lost internet connection during upload of the sample files), it can be resubmitted by selecting it in the list of analyses and clicking the Retry button. You can also select and retry multiple analyses at the same time. If the failure occurred while processing the results from the analysis (submission to QCI Interpret, download to local filesystem, or export to a cloud location) the analysis cannot be retried. Instead, the failed step must be performed manually on the Results tab (see Submitting results to QCI Interpret, Downloading results, and Exporting results to cloud storage).
