General information

The QCI Secondary Analysis Connector enables users to:

  1. Submit samples for secondary analysis in QIAGEN hosted data centers.
  2. Upload the secondary analysis results to QCI Interpret for variant interpretation.

Submitted samples and generated results are automatically removed from the data center after a retention period of 30 days. It is the responsibility of the user to:

  1. Store local copies of the submitted samples.
  2. Download and store local copies of the generated results.
