Support for automated sample submission
If a cloud account (AWS) is to be used for automated submission of sample files (see Setting up automated sample submission), an AWS CloudFormation stack containing infrastructure enabling automation support must be created in the region containing the sample files by executing a CloudFormation template provided by QIAGEN. You must therefore either own the account, or have been granted permissions to execute CloudFormation templates in it. Contact QIAGEN for further information.
