Logging in to QCI Secondary Analysis Connector
In order to log in to QCI Secondary Analysis Connector, click the Login button (see figure 2.1) and log in using your credentials in the opened browser window.
If you have not done so already, you will be asked to accept the End User License Agreement (EULA) before logging in.
Note: Your network setup might require that the traffic from the connector is routed through a proxy. If so, proxy settings must be configured before logging in (see Configuring proxy settings).
Note: If the connector does not communicate with the QIAGEN hosted data center for 24 hours the session will expire, and a red warning label will be displayed in the bottom left of the connector.
Note: A given user can only be logged into one connector at a time. Logging into a second connector on a different computer will invalidate the login session of the first connector.
