Options for clc_join_mappings

usage: clc_join_mappings <options> <input cas file 1> <input cas file 2> ...
  Joins any number of mappings with identical reference files into one.
Options:
  -h / --help: Display this message.
  -o <file> / --output <file>: Set the output cas file (required).
