Options for clc_agp_join

usage: clc_agp_join <options>
  Join contigs with N's based on AGP scaffolding meta information.
Options:
  -h / --help: Display this message
  -a <file> / --agp <file>: Set the input AGP file (required).
  -c <file> / --contigs <file>: Set the input FASTA file containing the
     contigs (required).
  -o <file> / --output <file>: Set the output FASTA file (required).
