Workflow Installation
Once your have created and configured your workflow, you can install it on the CLC Genomics Server. For this, you need to be member of the CLC Server admin group.
Workflows can be installed on the CLC Server from a CLC Genomics Workbench or through the web administrative interface of the CLC Genomics Server.
After installing a workflow on the CLC Server, you also need to set permissions to make it available through the Genomics Analysis Portal, as described in Workflow permissions settings.
Installing a workflow on the Server from the Workbench
Log into the CLC Genomics Server from the CLC Genomics Workbench as an administrative user and use the Workflow Manager to install the workflow.
Logging into the CLC Genomics Server is described at https://resources.qiagenbioinformatics.com/manuals/clcgenomicsworkbench/current/index.php?manual=CLC_Server_connection.html.
Installing workflows using the Workflow Manager is described at https://resources.qiagenbioinformatics.com/manuals/clcgenomicsworkbench/current/index.php?manual=Installing_workflow.html.
Installing a workflow on the Server using the web administrative interface
Workflows are installed using a .cpw file created using a CLC Genomics Workbench. To install the .cpw file, log into the CLC Genomics Server web administrative interface as an administrative user and then use functionality under
Admin | Workflows.
Creating workflow installer (.cpw) files is described at https://resources.qiagenbioinformatics.com/manuals/clcgenomicsworkbench/current/index.php?manual=Installing_workflow.html.
