Workflows for the Genomics Analysis Portal

For a workflow to become available in Genomics Analysis Portal the following must be in place:

• The workflow must be created and appropriately configured using a compatible CLC Genomics Workbench.
• The workflow must be installed on the CLC Genomics Server.
• The workflow permissions setting must specify a group to which the Genomics Analysis Portal users belong.
