Service user

The service user is used for running all the analyses launched using Genomics Analysis Portal on the CLC Genomics Server.

The user name and password for the service user can be changed in two places:

• From the Service user item the Configuration tile, visible when you are logged into Genomics Analysis Portal as root.
• From the Genomics Analysis Portal tab of the CLC Genomics Server web administrative interface, under the Extensions tab.
