Local BLAST databases

BLAST databases on your local system can be made available for searches via your CLC Drug Discovery Workbench, (Make pre-formatted BLAST databases available). To make adding databases even easier, you can download pre-formatted BLAST databases from the NCBI from within your CLC Drug Discovery Workbench, (Create local BLAST databases). You can also easily create your own local blast databases from sequences within your CLC Drug Discovery Workbench, (Create local BLAST databases).
