Add Information to Plot

Add Information to Plot can be found in the Toolbox here:

        Utility Tools () | Add Information to Plot ()

The tool takes as input a Dimensionality Reduction Plot () produced, for example, by tSNE for Single Cell () or UMAP for Single Cell (). It additionally takes one Cell Clusters () element and/or one Cell Annotations () element.

It produces a new copy of the same Dimensionality Reduction Plot as output, with the only difference being that the selected Cell Clusters and Cell Annotations are now available in the Side Panel.

Outside of a workflow setting, it is usually easier to achieve the same result by dragging the Cell Clusters and Cell Annotations from the Navigation Area into the Side Panel (after first removing any existing Cell Clusters or Cell Annotations). This tool is therefore intended for use in a workflow, so that the association of Cell Clusters and Cell Annotations can be automated.
