Download other MLST Schemes

In addition to the MLST schemes that the CLC Microbial Genomics Module can automatically download from PubMLST (see section 13.1.1), you can also provide a URL to an MLST scheme located on another web server (see figure 13.2). It requires, however, that the scheme has the same format as the schemes on PubMLST.

To download other MLST databases, go to:

We recommend to Save the schemes in the folder where you also saved the different databases you need to download for the CLC Microbial Genomics Module.
