Add NGS MLST Report to Scheme
Once the MLST typing has been performed and in the rare cases that a new type has been identified, it is possible to use the generated Consensus NGS MLST Report as input for the Add NGS MLST Report to Scheme tool and hereby to add new typing information to an existing MLST scheme.

Specify the report to be used (figure 13.8). This is usually the output file from of running the Identify MLST tool.

Then select the scheme you would like to add the if newly found MLST type (figure 13.9).

Save the scheme in the folder where you have stored database and downloaded schemes.
