Licensing
There are three kinds of licenses needed for running the CLC Genomics Server:- A license for the server. This is needed for running the server. The license will allow a certain number of sessions (i.e. number of log-ins from e.g. the web interface or the workbench). The number of sessions is part of the agreement with CLC bio when you purchase a license.
- A special license if you are running the server on a grid system (this is explained in detail in Licensing of grid workers)
- A license for the workbench. The Workbench is needed to start analyses on the server and view the results. Find the user manuals and deployment manual for the Workbenches at http://www.clcbio.com/usermanuals
