Biomedical Genomics Server Extension - installation notes

The Biomedical Genomics Server Extension is based on CLC Genomics Server. To extend the functionality of the CLC Genomics Server with Biomedical Genomics specific tools you will need to download an additional license for the CLC Genomics Server - the 'Biomedical Genomics Server Extension' license. To download the license, please follow the instructions for download of the regular Genomics Server license you used to first download the Genomics Server license (see Downloading a license). When this has been done, you can proceed directly, without restarting the server, to the installation of the 'Biomedical Genomics Server Extension' license by following the same procedure.

When you have an installed CLC Genomics Server with a Biomedical Genomics Server Extension there are a few more things you must do before you are ready to start using the server:
