The Cell Clusters element
Cell Clusters (
Cell Clusters contain table views centered around cluster categories (
) and cells (

Cell Clusters Table
The Cell Clusters Table (
) contains one row for each cluster within the category selected in the Side Panel, and has the following columns:
- Cluster. The name of the cluster.
- Cells. The number of cells in this cluster.
Clicking on a row opens a separate table, listing the cells in the cluster.
To create a new element from a row selection in the table, use the Create Clusters Element from Selection option in the right-click menu.
Cell-Level Table
The Cell-Level Table (
) contains one row for each cell, and has the following columns:
- Sample. The sample that the cell is from.
- Barcode. The cell barcode.
They are followed by one column per cluster category, displaying the cluster containing the cell (if any).
To create a new element from a row selection in the table, use the Create Clusters Element from Selection option in the right-click menu.
