UPXome

In this chapter we describe the different options available for analyzing samples generated by the QIAseq UPXome kit. It is possible to access the experimental design by analyzing which plate wells contain reads and compare to the design setup. Samples can be analyzed in two ways, either by running the workflow through the Analyse QIAseq Samples guide or by using the QIAseq UPXome workflow. Common to both is that it requires Barcodes for demultiplexing. These Barcodes have been build into the workflow when running through the Analyze QIAseq Samples guide, but can also be found as a reference element in the QIAseq UPXome hg38 data set.
