Signal Peptide Prediction (SignalP 6.0) outputs:
- The input sequence or sequence list with added anontations identifying signal peptides and sub-regions (figure 2.6).
- A table with an entry for each input sequence providing the likelihood of each type of signal peptide that was searched for (figure 2.7).
